110029, IN HIS FAVOR AS PER THE REGISTERED WILL
DATED 07.02.1990;

Dear all,
This legal notice is read as on behalf of ASHISH PHOGAT S/O
MALKHAN SINGH PHOGAAT (S/o SULTAN SINGH) AND
Mr. HAWA SINGH (S/o SULTAN SINGH), hereinafter referred
to as my client below;

1. That my client is the cousin brother of notices no. 1 and 2 and

the nephew of the notices no. 3, and all are the legal heirs of Mr.
SULTAN SINGH PHOGAAT.
2. That Mr. SULTAN SINGH PHOGAAT (grandfather of my
client and Noticee No. 1 and 2) and the father of Notice no.3,

died intestate leaving behind a will dated 07.02.1990, which

came into the knowledge of my client and the notices herein on
02.06.2024, and the same was read over in vernacular to all the
parties herein.
3. That as per the will dated 07.02.1990, the PROPERTY H.NO:
9, HUMANYUN PUR, SAFDARJUNG ENCLAVE, SOUTH
WEST DELHI 110029, has been allocated and transferred with
complete ownership and title as co-sharer/ co-owner to Mr.
MALKHAN SINGH PHOGAAT(FATHER OF ASHISH
PHOGAAT) AND Mr. HAWA SINGH PHOGAAT, and the
same are in possession of the same.
4. That as and when the will was read and told to all the legal heirs
of MR. SULTAN SINGH PHOGAAT, the Notices herein above
objected the distribution of property as per the will dated
07.02.1990.
5. That now at present by this legal notice I thereby says and
request the above said notices that handover the possession of
the above said property to my client and if anything pertaining to
the above-said property is needed to be discuss, please feel free
to approach within 15 days from the day of service and
knowledge of this notice so that no dispute may arise in future,
failing which it will be deemed that there is no objection for the
transfer of title of the above-said property in my clients favor as
per by the way of legal recourse.

The copy of this legal notice is kept at my office for future

purpose and recourse.
