I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, pupils are expected to:
 Identify the different things that they can do with their classmate in school.
 Develop fine motor skills in completing a puzzle.
 Perform a group activity properly.

II. Subject Matter:


I can do many things in school with my classmates.

A. Materials: Nursery rhymes, poster, picture cards, plastic tray, evaluation sheets
B. References: National Kindergarten Curriculum Guide

III. Procedure:
A. Preliminary Activities
1. Review:
My name is____ and Iam proud to be in Kindergarten.
2. Motivation:

“Classroom Scavenger Hunt”

 Pupils will be grouped into 5 groups


 Each group will be given a list of things that they will find inside the classroom.
 Every group should name what they found inside the room.

Lesson Proper:

1. Presentation
Who among of you are excited to go to school every day? Why do you feel always excited?
The topic for today is “The things that you do in school with your classmates.”

2. Discussion:

Teacher: When you hear the word SCHOOL, what comes in your mind? anyone?

Pupil: when I hear the word school, I think about my classroom teacher.

Teacher: Very well said! Another thing that comes in your mind when you hear the word
school?

Pupil: I always think about coloring and drawing teacher!

Teacher: Very good! We do those few things inside our classroom.

(The teacher will present the power point regarding the topic)
Teacher: Each activity that you do inside our classroom has corresponding materials that
we use to perform the activity.
