Hello, ladies! How are you today? I hope you and
everyone in your family are healthy and safe?
Welcome to Grade 5. How was your first week of
school year 2022-2023? It’s great to be back to
learning? Am I right? I am happy and thankful to be
your companion in investigating and exploring the
world we live in. Are you ready to gain more
knowledge about our body, living things, non-living
things, and our environment? Then, let’s start our
journey! to become successful in their scientific
endeavor and the tools they use in the laboratory for
scientific investigations. Today, we will discuss about
the microscope and also the safety measures that
must be

Hi, ladies! It’s the second day of our Subject Area


orientation today. We will be recalling and discussing the
different activities spearheaded by the Science Area. Are
you still familiar with them? How do you keep yourselves
always clean and healthy? Did you eat healthy and
nutritious food or only prepared, ordered, and ate
processed foods while in pandemic? How do we participate
in protecting and saving our environment? How do we
prepare for emergencies? Do you also practice these
activities at home? Well, if your answer is YES and you
agree with me, then let’s continue with the discussion.

Hi, ladies! It’s Day 3 of our orientation week. Before


we proceed on our new learning adventure (Science
5), let’s assess first how much you have learned and
remembered about your Science 4 lessons. Can you
still recall the topics you have discussed in the
previous Science class? Today, you have your
diagnostic test. The result of your assessment will
help us identify what lesson/s or topic/s we need to
enrich or those that may need more or less time
spent on. Hi, my dear little SCIENTISTS! It’s Day 4 of
Module 2. You already know the traits and attitudes
scientists must possess to become successful in
their scientific endeavor and the tools they use in the
laboratory for scientific investigations. Today, we will
discuss about the microscope and also the safety
measures that must be followed while working in the
laboratory and those that are to be observed when
we perform experiments at home. Let's start!Let’s
