What planning and preparation did you do (or lack of) and how did this affect the practical and
the final product? (use examples and explain)

Example 1) the cake was cooked well X- NOT ENOUGH DETAIL OR LINK TO YOUR PLANNING

Example 2) During a trail at home it was found the cake was undercooked in the 20 minutes
that recipe suggested. Therefore during the practical the cake was cooked for 25 minutes and
came out well cooked, moist and spongy due to the extra time in the oven.
