Pursuant to Proclamation 115-A, s.1966, the month of March is declared as Fire Prevention
Month. This year’s theme is “Sa Pag-iwas sa Sunog Di Ka Nag-iisa.”
Relative thereto and in accordance with DepEd Order No. 72, s.2012, DepEd Order No. 13,
s.2013, and DepEd Order No. 28, s.2016, schools are enjoined to support and make the
observance of the Fire Prevention Month as meaningful as possible by conducting activities
that will raise awareness on fire safety and the importance of fire prevention and
preparedness among school officials, personnel and staff, and pupils/students.
In this regard, we would like to request your good office for the inspection/ conduct
periodic/regular fire safety inspection in our school ASIN ESTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
that will grant us of Fire Safety Inspection Certificate. Furtherrmore, the school DRRM
Coordinator would like to asked your assistance in the conduct of fire safety lectures and the
importance of fire prevention and preparedness among teaching personnel and staff, and
pupils/students.
We wished to be inspected on the dates you are most available with.
