Switch off the stove, griddle, and fryer.
Switch off the delivery tablets.
Clean the griddle with chemical and then wipe and sanitize.
Re organize all the ingredients and food products. (back to their storage places fridge-
freezer etc.)
Organize and clean the fridge inside and out.
Clean the stove and workstation backsplash.
Clean the stove burner tops.
Empty out the Chai Boiler.
Wipe down the blender mixer and place jug in dishwashing.
Dishwashing

3. Containers
4. Utensils
5. Inserts
6. Sauce Bottles
7. Chai Boiler
8. Fryer Baskets
Sweep and mop the floor.
Take out trash and clean trash cans.
Clean all work surfaces and under equipment. (Remove the equipment and clean under)
Check underneath all workstations for food or scraps.
Organize the dishwashing area.
Wipe the till, front table and stools.
Refill and organize the drinks cooler.
Ensure all the electronics are plugged in (POS, Payment Merchant, Delivery tablets)
Bring in the sandwich board, close the blinds and switch off the lights.
