LEGAL NOTICE

Under instructions and authority from my aforesaid client Rajesh s/o Late Kuldeep Raj K-1,
Near Woodrow School, Rampur Garden, Bareilly.(here in refer to as my ‘client’). I do hereby
send you this legal Notice.

My client Rajesh addresses the following points:-

1. That in due discharge of your legally enforceable liability you recipient as issued
cheque no. 0009875 dated 29.06.2024 of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lac Only) of HDFC
Bank, Thakur College of Science & Communication Shyan Narayan, Thakur Marg,
Thakur Village, Mumbai-400101, Maharashtra in my client’s name Rajesh which my
client deposited in his State Bank of India, LIC, Rampur Garden, Bareilly Branch on
02.07.2024.
2. That my client’s bank sent the aforesaid cheque through clearing to your HDFC Bank
but the aforesaid cheque was dishonoured due to insufficient funds in your account
and the cheque was returned back to my client with his bank’s memo dated
02.07.2024 on 04.07.2024.
3. That while handling over the aforesaid cheque you assured my client that you have
sufficient bank balance in your account and the cheque will be encashed on
presentation.
4. That you are called upon to make the payment of the aforesaid payment of
Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten Lac Only) to my client within 15 days from the receipt of this
notice failing which my client shall be compelled to take necessary legal action aginst
you in competent court of law for which you will be liable.
5. Please note dishonouring of cheque is a punishable offence under section 138 of the
Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
A copy of this legal notice is being kept in my office for the record and future legal
proceedings.
