Game Format 4 vs 4

Game Rule: 1. Games last 10 minutes each, teams consist of 4

players a side and unlimited substitutions can be
made. No more than 4 players a side on court at any
point in the game.
2. No excessive and/or deliberate physical contact.
Physical contact to be kept to the bare minimum,
fouls awarded at the discretion of the referee.
3. 3 players 1 keeper per side, teams can decide to
have no keeper. If a team has a keeper, the keeper
is only allowed to stand within the marked area
around the goal. If no keeper, all 4 players stay out
of the marked area.
4. Players may move up to 3 steps while holding the
ball, without dribbling.
5. Game begins in the possession of 1 team, decided
by a coin toss.
6. Possession of the ball switches sides if the ball
leaves the playing area.
7. Successful throwing of the ball into the opponent’s
goal awards 1 point.
8. Fouls will range from handing over possession of
the ball , free throws or even timeout for the
offending player at the discretion of the referee
based on the severity of the foul committed.
9. There is no score limited and penalty shootout,
game will end once the timer ends.
