[Description]
It is found that repeating "charge after a short period of use" may result in shorter time to use the
battery pack.
The software to improve this issue (V1.10) is released. Update the applicable batteries following the
attached Update Manual.

<Note>
When fully charge the battery from the state where it is fully discharged (voltage is 11V or less), this
symptom will not occur, but updating is recommended.

[Cause / Background / Supplement]

Cause is a software issue of the battery pack.

When charging from a state where it is not fully discharged, a small difference will occur in the
actual charged capacity, and the capacity after fully charged will decrease. The difference per charge
cycle is not big, but if repeat such a charge cycle, this difference will gradually accumulate.
When charging from the state where it is fully discharged (voltage is 11V or less), this difference will
not occur.
In addition, the accumulated difference is reset once and the capacity return to the normal state once.
However, if repeat the same charging cycle again afterwards, the difference will start to accumulate
again, so it is necessary to update to the countermeasure software as a permanent countermeasure.

<NOTE>
For security reasons, it is strictly prohibited to lend or provide jig kits and required software files for
F/W updates to anyone other than Sony and ASC/ASD.
