school in the UK changing in the years 1981,1991 and 2001. Overall,most school spending allocated to teachers’ salaries,whereas insurance accounted for the least rate during the examined period.Additionally, the expenditure on other workers’ wages witnessed an upward trend. On one hand, the vast majority of school budget spent on teachers’ wages,with the largest figure in 1991,at 50% and roughly 40% in the remaining years.In contrast, the reverse was true for expenditure on insurance making up only 2% in 1981 and showed a moderate rise of 6% in 2001.
