NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATION

All customer data and documents are provided by our business partners. In sum, this means all personal data
that is necessary in order to execute your activity. All this personal data is and may only be used for the purpose
of the work carried out.

I hereby accept that this personal data (for example: identity document, certificate of residence, contact details,
account details, debit card, credit card, other and similar personal data) will be used for business purposes only
and may not be passed on to third parties, companies or organisations.

At the same time, I accept that I will not confer any advantage on myself or those around me by using this
information and that I will not cause the customer any harm with this information.

In the event of unlawful use of personal data or the disclosure of personal data to third parties, the sanctions
under the law on the protection of personal data, signed by international conventions, will be applied and all
necessary legal steps will be taken by the courts in Dubai.

By signing this contract and undertaking, I declare that I am responsible for all types of damages and also accept
all types of sanctions that are applied under the law and criminal law.

The non-disclosure agreement and confidentiality obligation apply not only during the employment relationship,
but also afterwards; I agree that the above-mentioned personal data must be protected and treated confidentially
indefinitely.
