FEELINGEMOTIONS
Example Situation
You are in a zoo on your own foot, you see a lion behind bars, and your
feelings may range in curiosity to admiration or bitterness if you believe lions
should never be caged.
Another example:
People buy beauty products in hopes that the product will make them feel
a certain way. Either happy, excited or beautiful.
EMOTIONS
A mental state associated with the nervous system brought on by chemical chances variously
associated with thoughts, feelings, behavioral responses, and a degree of pleasure or displeasure.
More universal
Body based
Event driven
Whether good or bad, it’s a Neutral Feeling. We start to choose a feeling based on the emotion we
experience.
Example Situation:
The realization of our believing that we are in a dangerous situation and the subsequent arousal of our
body’s nervous system (rapid heart, breathing and muscle tension.
When you are falling in line, and someone takes your place. Deep inside you will feel
negative towards that person. In that moment, you will choose a different feeling, thought
or behavior. Your own feeling maybe cursing at them, or wishing them well.
When someone hurts you or cheat on you. Deep inside, you will feel hurt. Your own
feeling maybe want to revenge on them, or forgive them.
That may not be easy to do for most of us. But with practice we can make positive actions to every
situations.
