REVISED SCHEDULE FOR APPLICANTS WITH ORIGINAL APPOINTMENTS FOR


PASSPORT RENEWAL FROM APRIL 6 TO MAY 14, 2021 AT DFA-ASEANA, OR, AT
VARIOUS CONSULAR OFFICES IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION (NCR), ANTIPOLO,
DASMARIÑAS, MALOLOS OR SAN PABLO

In view of the return to General Community Quarantine status, with heightened restrictions, in the
NCR and in the provinces of Laguna, Cavite, Rizal and Bulacan, following is revised schedule for
clients holding appointments for passport renewal between April 6 to May 14, 2021:

Anyone entering our Consular Offices will be subjected to a temperature check prior to entry and
will be required to wear a mask and a face shield and must follow other public health measures
in place while inside the CO premises.

Please note that the number of persons allowed inside our COs at any given time is limited.
Further, only one essential companion will be allowed entry together with an elderly applicant or
PWD requiring assistance, a minor applicant, or an applicant with mobility issues. This is in
accordance with the prescribed social distancing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
