Returning Officers have not paid the uniform remuneration to the Sectoral Officers sea other teams in connection with General Elections, 2024 in Vizianagaram District, After careful examination and due consultation with the Returning Officers & Asst. Returning Officers in this District, to maintain uniformity in payment of remuneration ta the designated Officers who are appointed as “Video Surveillance ‘Team (vst) For Parliamentary Constituency’ in the reference read above, the following rates are fired tor Payment of remuneration in connection with General Elections to HOP/APLA-2024 in Vizianagaram District, as below: SLNo, | Pesignating ofthe Officer & | The Maximum limit of Remuneration in lamp sum Team Proposed to release 1: | VsT'Team Leader for PC Rs.10,000/- Per Head | 2__| VsT Team Member for PC Rs. 8,000/- Per Head 3 VST Team Leader/Member- tere Rs, 6,000/- Per Head All the Returning Officers / Asst. Returning Officers are hereby directed to take mecessary action to pay the above rate of remuneration to the Officers/Officals of respective Teams, out of the Amount allotted under the Head of Account 110/111-TA/DA. ‘The amount now fixed is from the date of issue of orders to till completion of poll However, if the services of any Video Surveillance Team (VST) For Parliamentary Constituency utilized for a lesser period, the remuneration shall be paid on pat with Reserrs Staff ORas Reserve Staff for the period of duty performed by them accordingly. The Asst. Return 18 Officers of respective Constituency Head Quarters are also instructed to send acquaintances for the amounts allotted and disbursed by means of Cheques/in cash within two (2) days and submit the detailed Contingent Bill (DC Bill) to the ‘Treasury concerned. Ifany delay in submission of DC Bill, will be viewed seriously and further action as deem fitwill be initiated basing on the material available on records.
