Working Title BekIlocano: Diversity and Inclusion of LGBT Teachers of Cabugao District

Research Objectives General Objective:


To unravel the lived experiences of the LGBT teachers in terms of diversity and inclusion in the educational institution.

Specific Objectives:
1. What are the challenges encountered by the LGBT teachers in their school?;
2. What are the positive or worthwhile things experienced by the LGBT teachers in their school?;
3. What are the coping mechanisms employed by the LGBT teachers to address the challenges they encountered?, and
4. What is the overall experience of acceptability and belongingness of the LGBT teachers in their school, its effect on their overall
performance, and their outlook of themselves?

 This study will use descriptive
