1. Introduction
The ceiling rails 4.3 m are the basic equipment required for each ceiling suspension. Not belonging to the items
of the ceiling suspension they must be ordered separately.
Ceiling rails 2.7 m must -- if required -- be ordered separately as a set of extension rails.

6. Alignment
The ceiling rails should be aligned horizontally with spacer strips 0.5 or 1 mm (pos. 60 of delivery) .
The maximum permissible deviation of the rails in the horizontal plane is 1 mm.
The rails must be parallel in each direction (vertical and horizontal) within tolerance of 1 mm.

7. Final work

Warning! Install the limit stop A and endstops B at both sides of the rails.

All CS systems are provided with limit stops. To make sure that under the worst possible conditions the longitudinal
carriage is always kept safe in the ceiling rails, the long screws (M8x25) supplied must under all circumstances be
used!
The ceiling rails are delivered from the factory with a hole at each end. When the travel range has to be restricted
due to the conditions on sita, proceed as follows:
S Position the limit stop (A) as required. Mark the position of the hole to be drilled with a pen.
S Remove the limit stop and drill a hole ( 8.5 . . . 9.5 mm) for screws M8 through the inner section of the rail.
S Debur the hole.
S Bring the slide block into position so that it coincides with the hole.
S Bring the limit stop (A) into position.
S Fix the limit stop (A) with the screw M8x25 and washer supplied and loctite.
S Install the end stops (B).

-Mount the endstops on both rails at the
local defined position.
Drill the rail with M9. Apply screw M8x25
-Take care that at both endpositions
the bearings of the longitudinal carriage
reach the buffers simultaneously.

blocks (2x) on the rails
with the end stops.

3 Covers and Caps

 -Insert coupling bar in the ceiling rails 1
and fix it with the hexagon head screws
in horizontal and vertical direction. Take
care that you keep the distance of ca.1mm
between the end of the CS-rails and the
coupling bar (ref. Fig. 2)

2 -Add the cylindrical pressure piece to the

coupling bar.
-Insert the support block in the extension rail.
The grub screws are used for defining the
correct position in the ext. rail.

3 Push the extension rail to the CS-rail and

position it for coincidence
-vertical adjustment is to be done by using
the grub screws.
-horizontal adjustment is to be done by pushing
the fixing block/clips.
