WORKING HOURS & ATTENDANCE

OFFICE WORKING HOURS*:

The working hours of the company at head office and all other branches are as
follows:

Monday to Friday (For Branches) = 10 AM to 6 PM & 10 AM to 3.00PM(Saturday).


Monday to Saturday (For Head Office) = 10 AM to 6.30 PM
Head Office will remain closed on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of each month.
Sundays = Holiday (For HO and Branches).
Daily Lunch Break is from 1:30 PM to 2 PM (For HO and Branches).

ATTENDANCE

All employees are required to report for duty at the designated time and place and register their attendance by
finger print or signing in the register as the case may be.
A delay of 15 minutes to report for duty will be condoned. This is the grace time given to all employees to report
to the office. But it is advisable that employees maintain punctuality to avoid any dilemma / stand-offs.
A delay of more than 15 minutes, but less than 1 hour, will invite a late mark. Three such late marks in a month
will result in the deduction of one day’s leave. It will be adjusted with leave balance available in the employees
account, in case there is no leave balance available in the employee’s account then the employee will be on
‘Leave Without Pay’ (LWOP) for the same.
A delay of more than one hour from the reporting time in the office will be treated as half-day leave, whereas
for two hour delay, the employee will not be allowed to sign the attendance register and will be treated as
absent for the day.
In case the employee is out of the office for official work with prior approval from the competent authority.
Intimation should be given to HR & Admin department through sms, email or phone to mark the employee in
the attendance register as - ‘On Duty’ (O/D) or ‘Tour’ (T).
Habitual delays will not only result in deduction of leave but also issuance of a caution letter to the concerned
employee. Employee also needs to clarify in writing to the Departmental Head with a copy to the HR
Department the reasons for such delays.
