Welcome to our family home. Perfect for up to 8 guests. It is suitable for couples, single
traveling adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), and big groups.

The cottage offers free WiFi, smart-tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime, a large enclosed
garden, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a walk-in rainforest shower, off-street parking for 3
cars, a fully equipped kitchen, and a host of other amenities.

Farnborough is a quaint town that offers great train links to London, proximity to the
M3 and A3, and its very own private airport - Farnborough has it all. Best known for its
popular air show, the town - which sits on the Hampshire-Surrey border is a great
place to relax and explore.

The house has two entrances which can
be opened with the same front door key.
The key can be found in the lock box just
next to the front door.

Tips
Heating. The thermostat is located at the bottom of the stairs. Heating is on a timer from
06:00-10:00 and 15:00-22:00. If you need heating out of these times, the control panel is
situated in the double bedroom on the first floor in the hot tank cupboard grey door.
Heating for the loft rooms uses storage heaters which you can turn on/off via a wall plug.

TV.
Use the remote control to power on the TV by pressing the "Power" button.
Navigate through the menu using the arrow keys on the remote. Press the "Enter" or
"OK" button to select an option.
The Virgin TV box is connected to HDMI 1.
Press the "Source" or "Input" button to choose HDMI, USB, or live TV.
Please use the guest account (no password) for Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Cooker. Ensure that the cooker is connected to the mains power supply. To ignite the gas
press in the knob and hold, the ignition button is on your left-hand side, release the knob
once the flame is lit.

Our cottage is ideally situated just 2 miles from Farnborough Main Train Station and
Fleet Train Station, both offering direct 40-minute connections to London Waterloo.
The nearby transportation hubs provide convenient access, complemented by easy
accessibility via the M3 (Junction 4a) motorway and the A325 trunk road. Local
buses run close to the house (Nos 2,9 & 10). This makes our location a perfect
balance of tranquility and seamless connectivity for a relaxing getaway.
