21. Stamp Duty The Borrower acknowledges that the Lender has procured the stamp paper on behalf of the Borrower, which shall form
an integral part of the Loan Agreement for the purpose of execution of this Loan Agreement. If so requested by the Lender, at its

representative of the Lender notifies the Borrower of the Lender’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
