crochet pattern.

This pattern is available only

in ENGLISH

This crochet pattern will help you to make amigurumi crocheted Mr. Grinch.

This tutorial is easy to follow.

It includes 10 pages of description how to make a toy and 39 step-by-step photo of
process.

Difficulty: medium, but you must know main stitches: single crochet, increase,
decrease.

Please note that you can use any yarn color.

The materials suggested in this pattern will help you create the Mr. Grinch that will
be identical to the one in the photos.
If you decide to use the suggested materials and tools, your toy will be about
7.48 inches (19 cm) in height if done with 1.75 hook.

Sport weight/4ply yarn Alize Cotton gold (100g/330m)
Of green, dark green, red, white, colors.
crochet hook - 1.75 mm or any type you prefer
safety eyes 10 mm size
fiberfill
accessories ( small bells)
scissors
needle for embroidery and sewing pieces

Start crocheting with green thread.

Fill in the hand with fiberfill.
Flatten the hand and align the stitches 1
side by side. Close the open end by crocheting 4 sc across. Fasten off.

Legs -> body -> head

First crochet the left leg, then the right leg.

Stuff with fiberfill as you crochet.
Start crocheting with green thread.

Do not cut the thread.

Continue to crochet 6 curls. Fasten off, sew the hole and hide the yarn

 Assembly and design
1. Face lift
Points A, B, C, D should be as close to the eyes as possible. The thread
should be hidden behind them when tightening. The points E, F are
located on the neck area. (photo 15)

We take the thread of the color of the toy's body. Insert the needle at
point F, exit through point D, insert the needle at point C, exit through
point E, tighten the thread. Do not cut the thread, insert the needle at
point F, exit through point B. Insert the needle at point A,exit through
point E. The thread should pass on the upper part of the eyes,tighten the

2. Embroider the white part of the eyes - with white thread. (photo 22,23)
3. Use pins to mark two points for the nose. Embroider nose with dark
green thread, between the 56th to 57th Rounds. (photo 24, 25)
4. Embroider eyebrows and mouth with dark green thread. (photo 26, 27)

Scarf
Work in rows. Start crocheting with red thread.
Make chain 6, start to crochet on the second chain
from the hook:
1-2. 5 sc, ch 1 (2 rows)
Change color to white.
3-4. 5 sc, ch 1 (2 rows)

Next, we change the color of the thread (red and white) every 2 rounds.

Crochet a scarf of the required length. Fasten off. (photo 30)
