Hi Friends!

Below is your 3-day energy-boost, no-hunger, candida


purge detox juicing program complete with a grocery list
and daily breakdown.

With this plan you can expect to drop 3-7 lbs of excess
fat, water, toxins and lymph-stagnation in only 3 days. You
can follow this diet for up to 3 weeks for even better
results but be sure to vary your vegetables and greens!

Remember to drink plenty of water and respect your


digestive tract by eating light for a few days prior and
after your juice fast. Ideally, try and buy your produce
organic and local as much as you can.

day one
·WAKE UP·
1 litre water with the juice of 1/2 lemon and a tbsp raw apple cider
vinegar with a pinch or turmeric powder and cayenne pepper.
This revs metabolism, burns fat, supports liver/gallbladder
cleansing & starts liver detox.

·BREAKFAST·
1 GREEN JUICE: 1 green apple (optional), 1 cucumber, 1 zucchini,
2 cups kale, 1/2 lemon, handful parsley.
(Rich in chlorophyll, antioxidants, anti-parasitic, anti-fungal)
Have 1 tbsp of raw cold-pressed extra virgin or virgin coconut oil.
Drink 16 oz room temp water.

·LUNCH·
BEET GREEN JUICE: 1 large beet, 1/2 lemon, 1 cucumber,
handful cilantro, 4 stalks celery.
Drink 16 oz room temp water with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.

SNACK : BETA GREEN JUICE: 1/2 lemon, 1 cucumber, 6 large


carrots, 2 stalks celery, small piece ginger root.
Have 1 tbsp coconut oil. Drink 16 oz water or herbal tea
(Cistus Incanus, Chamomile, Peppermint, Nettle, Dandelion,
Green)

·DINNER·
SAVORY GREEN: 4 stalks celery, 1 cucumber, 1 zucchini, 1 large tomato,
1/2 lemon, 2 cups romaine lettuce, pinch sea salt, cayenne and black
pepper and 1 oz sauerkraut or fermented veggie juice (optional).
Have 1 tbsp coconut oil. Drink 16 oz water or herbal tea

BEFORE BED: Take 2 probiotic capsules (optional)


day two
