1 GREEN JUICE: 1 green apple (optional), 1 cucumber, 1 zucchini,
2 cups kale, 1/2 lemon, handful parsley.
(Rich in chlorophyll, antioxidants, anti-parasitic, anti-fungal)
Have 1 tbsp of raw cold-pressed extra virgin or virgin coconut oil.
Drink 16 oz room temp water.
·LUNCH·
BEET GREEN JUICE: 1 large beet, 1/2 lemon, 1 cucumber,
handful cilantro, 4 stalks celery.
Drink 16 oz room temp water with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
·DINNER·
SAVORY GREEN: 4 stalks celery, 1 cucumber, 1 zucchini, 1 large tomato,
1/2 lemon, 2 cups romaine lettuce, pinch sea salt, cayenne and black
pepper and 1 oz sauerkraut or fermented veggie juice (optional).
Have 1 tbsp coconut oil. Drink 16 oz water or herbal tea

Remember you can repeat this detox program anytime you feel tired,
sluggish, ready for a reset or are simply looking to boost your health after
too much indulgence.
This program can also be continued for longer than 3 days if needed, but
be sure to listen to your body and don’t push past its signals to return to
solid food.
