Job Title: Medical Operations Manager


Reports to: CEO/COO
Summary: The Medical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the
day-to-day operations of the organization's medical services, including patient care, medical
staff, and medical equipment. This individual will ensure that all medical services are
provided in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, while also ensuring that the organization is
in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures related to medical

 Recruit, train, and supervise medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other
healthcare professionals.
 Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that medical
operations are integrated with other functions, such as finance, human resources, and
marketing.
 Develop and manage budgets for medical operations, including staffing, equipment,
and supplies.
 Monitor and evaluate the quality of medical services, including patient satisfaction
and outcomes, and implement improvements as necessary.
 Participate in the development of new medical programs and initiatives, and ensure
their successful implementation.
 Maintain current knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, and ensure that
the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical operations management
 Strong leadership and management skills
 Experience in budget development and financial management
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
 Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong organizational and planning skills

Job Title: Ambulance Driver

Reports to: Operations Manager


Summary: The Ambulance Driver is responsible for safely transporting patients to and from
medical appointments and emergency situations. This individual will be responsible for
operating the ambulance, communicating with healthcare providers, and ensuring the safety
and comfort of patients during transport.
Key Responsibilities:
 Safely operate an ambulance in accordance with local and state laws, regulations, and
company policies.
 Transport patients to and from medical appointments and emergency situations in a
timely and efficient manner.
 Communicate with healthcare providers to receive and deliver patient information,
including vital signs and medical history.
 Perform basic patient care, such as monitoring vital signs and providing oxygen.
 Maintain the ambulance and equipment in a clean and organized manner, ensuring
that it is in proper working condition.
 Complete necessary paperwork, including patient transport reports and vehicle
maintenance logs.
 Attend and participate in training and continuing education programs to maintain
certifications and stay current with industry standards.
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
 Current certification in basic life support (BLS)
 2+ years of experience driving an ambulance or other emergency vehicles
 Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to ambulance operations
 Strong communication and customer service skills
 Ability to work well under pressure and in emergency situations
 Ability to lift and move patients as necessary
Physical Demands:
 Must be able to safely operate an ambulance, including driving and maneuvering in
emergency situations.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Professional

Job Title: Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Professional


Reports to: Operations Manager
Summary: The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Professional is responsible for
providing emergency medical care to patients in the field. This individual will be
responsible for responding to emergency calls, assessing patients, providing life-saving
interventions, and transporting patients to medical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
 Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care to patients in the field.
 Assess patients to determine the nature and extent of injuries or illnesses, and provide
appropriate medical treatment.
 Administer life-saving interventions, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
and automated external defibrillation (AED).
 Transport patients to medical facilities, including hospitals and clinics, in a timely and
efficient manner.
 Communicate with healthcare providers to receive and deliver patient information,
including vital signs and medical history.
 Perform basic patient care, such as monitoring vital signs and providing oxygen.

Job Title: Home Care Nurse


Reports to: Medical Operations Manager
Summary: The Home Care Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their
homes, ensuring that they receive the medical treatment they need while also promoting their
overall well-being. This individual will work closely with patients, their families, and other
healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, and will also be responsible for
maintaining accurate patient records and reporting any changes in patients' conditions to the
Medical Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
 Assess patients' health status and needs, and develop and implement care plans that
promote overall well-being.
 Administer medication, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
 Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the Medical Operations
Manager.
 Provide patient and family education on disease management and self-care.
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers,
and physical therapists, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
 Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in patients' conditions to the
Medical Operations Manager.
 Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay
current with the latest developments in nursing care.
Qualifications:
 Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home care nursing
 Strong assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Current CPR certification
 Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and other relevant technology

Job Title: Nurse Technician


Reports to: Medical Operations Manager
Summary: The Nurse Technician is responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients
under the supervision of a registered nurse. This individual will assist with patient
assessments, administer medication, and provide basic treatments as directed by a registered
nurse. The Nurse Technician will also assist with maintaining accurate patient records, and
will be responsible for reporting any changes in patients' conditions to the Medical
Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
 Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and measuring patient
weight, height, and other basic measurements.
 Administer medication and other treatments as directed by a registered nurse.
 Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
 Assists with maintaining accurate patient records and reporting any changes in
patients' conditions to the Medical Operations Manager.
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers,
and physical therapists, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
 Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay
current with the latest developments in nursing care.
Qualifications:
 Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant program
 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
 Strong assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reports to: Operation Manager
Summary: The Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing laboratory tests
and procedures to provide accurate and timely test results. This individual will be responsible
for preparing samples, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and interpreting and
reporting test results. The Medical Laboratory Technician will also be responsible for
maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
 Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including hematology, clinical chemistry,
microbiology, and serology.
 Prepare samples for analysis, including centrifuging, staining, and culturing.
 Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including troubleshooting and
performing routine maintenance.
 Interpret and report test results, including identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
 Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and
standards, including HIPAA and CLIA.
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and
other laboratory staff, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
 Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay
current with the latest developments in laboratory medicine.
Qualifications:
 Successful completion of an accredited medical laboratory technician program
