February 21, 2023 Circular for Parents (Class X)

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you about the important dates related to the end of session 2022-23 and the
commencement of the new session 2023-24. We request you to kindly make a note of the
following important information and dates.

 Class X Board Examination (already commenced) : Wednesday, 15th February, 2023

 Class X Board Examination concludes : Tuesday, 21 st March, 2023

Kindly refer to the criteria for stream allocation mentioned in the circulars dated 23 rd
November’22 and 22nd December’22 regarding provisional stream allocation and note the
following dates:

Display of Provisional stream allocation for class XI (2023-24): Tuesday 21st March, 2023
Session commences for class XI (2023-24): Monday, 10 th April, 2023

In view of the above please note that if you wish to withdraw your ward from the school,
you must let the class teachers of class X know this latest by Thursday, 23 rd March, 2023,
only through the acknowledgement slip given below. Telephonic Communication will not
be acceptable. In case, no information in writing about withdrawal/continuation reaches
the school by Thursday, 23rd March 2023, the child will be considered on the school rolls
and will be required to pay the first quarter fees of the forthcoming session, even if you
decide to withdraw the child beyond the said date.
