Introduction.

It motivates me to do this work because every time on our planet we

pollute, also because there are families with low economic resources and
they can not buy a blender.

Just as in the following report will be announced how to create a

rechargeable blender for our homes, with the idea of creating an apparatus
that can be transported without much inconvenience, this project lies in
looking for the solution of being able to transport appliances that are
necessary for our daily life to different parts.

Problem statement.

I raise the following problem ¿Is it possible to manufacture a blender in

home made form that crushes food?

Hypothesis.

Thanks to this project I help the environment and families in their daily
lives.

1
Objectives

I. Objective to generate:

 The overall objective of the report is to show the process that must
be carried out to make a rechargeable blender.

II. Specific objectives:

 Show the materials used for the development and creation of this
project.

 Demonstrate step by step how it is assembled, positioned each

material at the time of creating it.

 Analyze the results obtained with field tests that ensure proper
operation.

Theoretical Framework

To begin with, you have to do an investigation of both what you want to do

and the materials that will be used to develop them.

In this case, with everything planned, the assembly of the pieces begins. To
begin with, the aluminum bottle is grabbed and with the scalpel it is cut
into 2 parts, such that the top is longer than the bottom, making sure that
the cuts are straight and level; to the lower part a side cut is made with the
scissors that does not cross the entire can, then the lower part is
introduced inside the upper part to make the base of the blender.

Then, the lid of the bottle is taken and with a tip an incision is made in the
center, which where the engine will go, continues to take the motor (3v-6v)
to introduce it inside the lid; this process begins by taking the tin soldering
irán making a hole larger than the lid.

2
with magic drop the motor is glued to the lid in such a way that with the
screw inwards, it is adjusted with silicone in bar and we already have the
base of the motor.

We continue taking the bottle and at the bottom a part is cut completely
along (the cut should not exceed 5 millimeters high). The small part that
cuts is made a hole in the center, which will later be stuck inside the bottle.
We take the gear and adjust it to the cut part of the bottle and then stick
them; to this last part when it is already well adjusted, a lid is added to
measure the gear.

Next, we grab a metal plate to make the blades of theblender, although

this part can be obtained already made, in this case it was manufactured
taken such measures as to fit the measurements of the bottle, which
where they will be introduced, later with a sandpaper it is sanded so that it
grips edge. We take the blades already manufactured and add them to the
bottle by means of a screw.

We move on to the electrical part of the project, taking a USB cable cables
from current and the on/off button, in the part of the can a hole is made to
the measure of the button (handheld that is on one side for greater
accessibility), is inserted and is inserted Adjusts.

With the power cables we join the button and motor connectors gluing the
plastic lid to the top of the can. We take the USB cable, it we pass through
a hole in the can and attach it to the cable in this way we can turn it on only
with a charge storer.

To finish we take the insulating rubber we stick it to the inside of a can cut
of more or less small size that will be the lid of the glass.

Having already finished, we proceed to test the work already finished, with
the cable USB, we can connect it in a normal power outlet or in a mobile
one.

3
Methodology

The materials that we will use for the creation of the project are:

 Aluminum can of 500 ml.

 Scissors with tip.
 Cold cutter.
 Glass or plate bottle with plastic lid.
 Cardboard.
 Tiptoe.
 3v-6v motor.
 Electric screwdriver.
 Magic drop.
 Silicone in bar.
 Scalpel.
 Thread (2).
 2-tooth blades.
 USB cable.
 On/off button
 Rubber.
 Tin welder.

Procedures :

1. Cut the can in half.

2. Take the bottle lid and put the paper circle on top (with a point in
the middle) with the nail pass it through the middle.

3. Take the perforated lid and put liquid silicone around it.

4. Take the jar and with the down trace all around it.

5. After cutting, that piece that is left over we put it and stick it
inside the jar.

4
6. We take the Pink and arrange it in the egg of the circle that we
cut.

7. We continue with the small lid.

8. Everything we put together with the Pink we stick to the jar.

9. We have the aluminum plate, with a ruler we measure a

rectangle and cut diagonally only two corners.

10. With a sandpaper we take edge.

11. In the middle lower part the switch and trace and cut.

12. Weld the positive and negative wires to the motor and glue the
motor to the entire structure.

13. Solder the other wires to the switch and put it in place.

14. Make a hole in a circular shape and put the usb cable,
join it with the positive and negative wires and glue.

14. To make the lid of the blender with a circle of the same food can
and its outline stick jebe and for the top a piece of soda.

16. At the end screw the top with the bottom and
you're ready to see if it works to connect the usb cable to a
charger base and ready.

5
Type of methodology:
Experimental : is a quantitative research method that consists of
testing the validity of a hypothesis by subjecting it to
experimentation

Conclucions:

1. The finished project was tested to work by doing several tests

with different materials.

2. Learned to use different means of light connectors, to assemble

an engine in such a way that it generates the necessary movement
to turn in this case the blades of the blender.

3. All the components that were used in the manufacture were

analyzed, their
use, its functions and other aspects.

Results:

A blender could be created with recyclable materials that are easy

to operate.
