LEADERSHIP
I offer a special warm welcome and thank you to the family and friends of our graduates, who could not have
completed this journey without your love and support.
Graduates – commencement is a special and exciting time. Today we celebrate your courage. Your
achievement is a triumphant result of the challenging endeavor into the unknown. Propelled by your passion
and discipline you have persevered through doubt and setbacks. Today you can proudly walk across this stage

As a part of the vital alumni/ae community, Touro University Nevada is more than the place where you
earned a degree. It is the place that enables you to live the life you have dreamed. It is the place that
made it possible for you to pursue the career you will enjoy. But most of all, it is the place that provided a
foundation of how to live the Touro mission of social justice, intellectual pursuit, and service to humanity
every day.
We invite you to stay in touch and involved. As a Touro University Nevada alumnus/a, your greatest asset is
your expertise. Your knowledge, experience, and unique perspective are invaluable to the ongoing vitality of
your alma mater.
We invite you to put it all to work for Touro University Nevada through one of our volunteer opportunities.
You’ve already blazed a trail forward, which makes now the perfect moment to connect with current
students so you can point out some of the mile-markers along the way. And who knows, you may find that
it takes you on a new journey of your own as well.
