5. Interfaces with Other Products

- The Standards Manual (SM) and the Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC): These manuals help the user find c
haracteristics and complementary information (supplier, equivalent P/N) for the required P/N.
- The Additional Cross Reference Tables (ACRT): The purpose of this manual which supplements the IPC i
s to:
- Give the list of optional P/Ns (Part number) and Vendors.
- Facilitate cross-reference of data contained in the IPC and the other aircraft manufacturer manual
s such as the Wiring Diagram Manual (WDM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM).
- Give identification for lamps and fuses.
- List raw materials required for local manufacture of items.
- Give information related to the interchangeability condition of the P/Ns. (ICD: Interchangeability
Condition Document).

- The Aircraft Wiring List (AWL): This manual gives the status of the items of equipment, semi-equipmen
t and related wiring. It gives the P/N related to a given FIN and the cable type for a given cable numbe
r.

- The Aircraft Wiring Manual (AWM): This manual gives wiring diagrams of the electrical installations.

- The Aircraft Schematics Manual (ASM): This manual gives schematic diagrams of the electrical installati
ons with sufficient data for aircraft fault isolation.

- The Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM): This manual contains the information required to service, repa
ir, replace, adjust, do an inspection and check of equipment and systems of the aircraft normally done
on the ramp or in the maintenance hangar.

- The Trouble Shooting Manual (TSM): This manual gives information required for trouble shooting.
