Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Cook time 35 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes

Makes 1 Deep dish pie

1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin purée


1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell

Instructions

Arrange an oven rack in lowest position and heat the oven to 425°F. Place 15 ounces
pumpkin purée, 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, 2 large eggs, and 1 tablespoon pumpkin
pie spice in a large bowl and whisk until combined.

Pour the filling into an unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce
temperature to 350°F and bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 35 to 40
minutes more.

Let cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
