Committee:
This year we will be hosting a single
committee;
United Nations General Assembly (UNGA),
which will be held as a
Dual Delegate Committee.
Topic A:
Discussing solutions for the demilitarization
of disputed territories
Topic B:
Protecting and safeguarding fundamental
Human Rights during civil unrest

Code of conduct:
1. Delegates will not partake in using profane and
sacrilegious language to describe any Country or
individual.
2. The conference schedule must be strictly followed.
3. If a delegate is misbehaving and being
disrespectful towards secretariat members or other
attendees, they will be removed from the
conference.
4. Formal attire must be worn by all delegates, casual
attire will not be permitted.
5. Delegates are not allowed to carry cigarettes,
vapes or any kind of drugs on campus.
6. If a delegate is found in possession of any of the
aforementioned items, they alongwith their team
will be disqualified.
7. The awards will be given on the complete
discretion of the Dias and the decision will not be
overturned.
8. Those found in violation of the aforementioned
rules; the management team holds the right to
disqualify a particular delegate or a team with due
discretion.

Registration rules :
1. The committee will be a Dual Delegate Committee.
2. Schools may send as many dual delegates as they
want, however after 5 registrations, the remaining
delegates will be put to on a waiting list.
3. Incomplete or late submission of the registration
form will not be acceptable.
4. Participants should make sure they meet all of the
requirements on time and double-check everything
before submitting the final version of the
registration form.
5. Contact us at bbtmun@gmail.com or contact our
registrations team beforehand in order to avoid any
sort of inconvenience.
6. Registration will be completed and verified once
the school office confirms the payment of the
delegate fee.
7. Once the process is complete, the delegates will
be notified followed by the allotment of countries
for the number of delegates registered.
8. Last date for registration is Friday, 17th February
