Dear Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED),

We are writing to bring to your attention the outrageous bill we have received from PHED. We
are a family occupant and we would like to make an appeal for a reduction in the percentage of every
purchase of unit we recharge. We would also like to take part in the ongoing promotional activities in
order to clear our outstanding bill.

We understand that PHED is in the business of providing electricity to its customers and we are willing to
work with you to ensure that our electricity needs are met. We are confident that if we are allowed to
participate in the promotional activities, we will be able to make the necessary payments to clear our
outstanding bill on the meter number 25114006668.

We hope that you will consider our appeal and allow us to pay the bill in installments. We look forward
to hearing from you soon. we hope to work together to resolve this issue.
