performances & the academic & research related documents whereby you demonstrated unequivocally your commitment for a PhD in Nanosciences & Nanotechnologies, I wish to confirm our readiness to supervise you within the framework of the UNESCO-UNISA Africa Chair in Nanosciences & Nanotechnology (U2ACN2) from 2024 to end 2027. As agreed the PhD title of your PhD 3 years project is “Metal Plasmonic as a mechanism to enhance photons harvesting to improve the performance of thin film organic solar cell”. You would be registered at the University of South Africa (UNISA) under the supervision of 2 eminent colleagues with a robust track records in the field. Namely, they are Dr. K. KAVIYARASU & Prof. G. MOLA from UNISA & UKZN respectively. All necessary infra-structure for the completion of your thesis is available. During such a PhD project, you will be granted a standard U2ACN2 PhD full fellowship of about 6,6050South African Rands/month which would cover your daily expenses, accommodation & daily transportation costs.
