READING.

I have lived my whole life in New England, where the weather is always
changing. It is necessary to keep an eye on the weather here. I can`t
imagine what it is like to live in a place where the weather patterns aren`t
changeable and where memories are not linked to a particular season.

As a matter of fact, the weather plays an important role in al lof my significant

memories. The very first memory I have is sitting on top of a high snow bank.
I was wearing such a bulky snow suit that it was hard for me to move. I
remember staying close to my sister for protection against the bitter cold
wind. I was only four years old at the time, but four decades later, I can still
feel the icy cold seeping into my bones.
