1. A student who incurred 8 unexcused absences shall be dropped from the class and will receive a grade of “5.0”
Course Policies 2. In the event that a student due to unavoidable cause, is absent from the class must submit an excuse letter signed by the dean that must be presented to the
teacher not later than the second session following the student’s return.
3. Students are required to have a copy of one of the prescribed references.
4. Problem sets or assignments/output should be passed the following meeting after it has given. Points will be deducted on assignments and problem sets
submitted late.
5. Anyone caught cheating during classroom activity will receive a grade of “5.0” for that particular output. If the same student is caught for the second time, he/she
will receive a final grade of “5.0.”

6. Any student who decided to withdraw the subject should secure dropping form two weeks before the Mid-term examinations.
7. Cell phones should be switched to silent mode when inside the classroom. If a student needs to answer a call, he / she must go out of the classroom first before
answering the call.
8. Each student is required to have his own set of calculator. No borrowing of calculator during instruction and examination time.Students can request from his/her
teacher feedback on the progress of his/her submitted outputs
9. It is the student’s responsibility to obtain notes, handouts, and any other information covered when absent from class and to arrange to make up any in-class
assignments or tests if permitted by the faculty.
10. Faculty will report excessive and/or unexplained absences to the Department for potential intervention.
11. If the student missed an activity but have presented an excuse letter will have to make up for the missed activity.
12. Students’ written and oral communications must be free of vulgar, belittling, or offensive language, or any other forms of bullying.
13. Students’ must abide by rules, policies, and procedures established by the course professor.
14. Each student is required to have his own set of Laptop or smart phone with stable internet connection.
