Check-in / Check-out:

The rooms reserved shall be made available for occupancy after 2PM on the day of arrival.

Should delegates wish to occupy the room before 2PM, placing a reservation a night prior to

the arrival date is recommended. Check-out time is 12NN. Daily group rate will be chargeable

for late check-out beyond 12NN.
