Course Description The course deals with the Foresights and Futures Thinking and Sustainable Development Goals with its relevance in Public Administration,
governance and development.

Course Objectives Upon completion of the course, the students are expected to:
1. Explain the fundamental concepts of sustainable development goals and governance theories.
2. Analyze localization of Sustainable Development Goals, adapting global goals to local contexts and understand the role of
communities in their implementation.
3. Apply foresight and futures thinking design and tools to real-world public administration scenarios.

Grading System Grading Policy:

1. SBC College department follows the cumulative system of grading.


2. At the end of the semester, the student receives a percentage grade, which is thirty percent (50%) of the Midterm Grade
and seventy percent (50%) of the tentative final grade. He/ She is appraised of every grading period.
