1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 316, s. 2024 titled Conduct of the 2024
Palarong Pambansa Competitions, Division Memorandum No. 358 s. 2024 titled DepEd
NCR Regional Athletic Association (DepEd NCR RAA) 2024 Palarong Pambansa Delegation,
and Memorandum OM-OUOPS-2024-10-02040 titled Guidelines on Program Support
Fund for the Procurement of Sports Supplies Materials and Equipment for School Sports
Club Under SSEEDP for Fiscal Year 2024, this Office informs the field on the above-stated
activity on July 5, 2024 at the Escuela De Sophia of Caloocan Inc. (EDSCI), Caloocan
City.

2. Participants for the activity are MAPEH Heads/School Sports Coordinators of the
five school-recipients of the SSEEDP 2024 and members of the SDO Caloocan City
Delegation for the 2024 Palarong Pambansa (Private Schools Sports Focal Persons,
Coaches, Coach-Observers, Chaperones, Athletes and their parents or guardians).
Said attendees are authorized to attend the said activity on official business.
