Role Play Part

Emcee: Ladies and gentlemen, we have now reached an exciting part of our seminar on work ethics in
the corporate environment. It's time for some role-playing! In this segment, your class officers will be
performing various scenarios that will bring about ethical dilemmas commonly encountered in the
modern workplace.

As the audience, your role is to watch and observe these role-plays attentively. Put yourself in the shoes
of the individuals involved and ask yourself, "What if I am the one facing this situation?" Pay close
attention to the choices made by the characters and the consequences that follow.

After each role-play, we will have the privilege of hearing from our esteemed speaker, Professor Lorerose
S. Alfonso. She will present several options for resolving the ethical dilemma portrayed in the role-play. It
will be your task to carefully consider these options and select the one that you believe is the best choice
for you as an intern.

Now, let's remember the importance of this exercise. These role-plays are designed to simulate real-life
situations that you may encounter during your internship. By witnessing these scenarios and reflecting
on the choices made, you will have the opportunity to develop your own ethical compass and strengthen
your decision-making skills in the workplace.

So, without further ado, let's dive into our first role-play. As you watch, I encourage you to generate
personal insights and think critically about the ethical dilemmas presented. Remember, there are no
right or wrong answers, but rather a range of perspectives and potential solutions to be drawn by our
proud city scholars of DFCAMCLP.

[Open Forum]

Emcee: We have reserved some time for an open forum. This is your opportunity to ask questions and
engage in a meaningful discussion with our speakers. Don't hesitate to share your thoughts and seek
clarification on any aspect of work ethics in internships.

[Closing Remarks]

Emcee: As we come to the end of today's program, I hope you have gained valuable insights and
practical tips on fostering a strong work ethic during internships. Remember, your internship experience
can shape your future career, so make the most out of it! Thank you to all the speakers, panelists, and
