PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON July 16, 2020 AT BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

Call to Order:
The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning. Invocation was led
by Kgd. Anwar U. Talib followed by the singing of National Anthem.

Roll Call:
During the roll, yours truly recognized the presence of everyone in attendance, thus a
quorum was declared.

Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

There being no objection after reading the previous minutes of the session. Therefore,
the minutes of the previous session was approved and adopted.
Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt:
1. Letter from CHO Office dated July 13, 2020, regarding Sabayang Patak Kontra Polio Round 3.
2. Compliance Checklist from City LGU dated July 15, 2020, regarding COVID 19 Pandemic
Protocol.
3. Memorandum from the Office of the Mayor dated July 17, Conduct of Surveillance and
Monitoring.
4. Compliance Checklist from City LGU dated July 21, 2020, regarding COVID 19 Pandemic
Protocol.

Business of the Day

1. Government’s Campaign Against Loose Fire Arms
 In response to this, Barangay officials personally surrendered One (1) Forty Lite,
Four (4) Home made 12 Gauge Shotgun, One (1) Home made Garan, these are
properly turn-over to the PNP Personnel of Kidapawan City.
2. Road Rehabilitation (Provincial Government)
 According to PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla, Provincial Government shouldered the fuel
for three (3) days only.
 Meanwhile, PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla advised Kgd. Ahmad P. Sadang to follow up
to the City LGU the Brgy. Road Rehabilitation.
3. Construction of Barangay Hall (Phase 2)
 It was agreed by the body to make a Resolution/Request addressed to the Office
of the Governor, Hon. Nancy A. Catamco asking assistance for the Phase 2
construction of Barangay Hall.

Other Matters/ Announcement:

1. Learning Approach/Strategy School Year 2020-2021
 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla acknowledged the teachers from Patadon Elementary
and High School for their presence, he gave time to expressed their end.
 Ms. Gladys B. Badting, HS Head Teacher, extended her thankful for the efforts of
Brgy. Officials. She also informed that Ms. Norhayda P. Akmad was hired as a new
teacher of Patadon High School.
 She said distribution of module would be during Monday and it would retrieved
during Friday.
 Meanwhile, Ms. Kemverly Canabo, HS Teacher gave the schedule, names of
teachers and their respective assigned purok: Purok 1, Sir, Jessier Q. Galvez, Purok
2, Julie Pearl Bautista and Antonette E. Aviles, Purok 3, Ma’am Rayma A.
Dimacial, Purok 4, Sir Salahudin S. Dalinding, Purok 5, Ma’am Mimviluz Bresenio
and Shaima Talib, Purok 6, Ma’am Dinelyn Tapere and Norhayda Akmad, Purok 7,
Ma’am Kemverly T. Canabo and Jacelyn A. Cheng.
 Ma’am Adora B. Capunong, Head Teacher, Patadon Elementary School said,
despite of her health condition she had done her role as a School Principal. There
were Three (3) teachers facilitated in every purok, distribution of modules should
be done through house to house and the retrieval of modules assigned to District
Kagawad and Purok Leader.
 She also said that they need Transistor Radio intended for their students.
 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla advised them to make a request letter to council.
 2. Implementation of Policy
 Mohamad T. Pangadil, Lupon President relays their concerned/problem towards
individuals who violated the policy and yet they are not honoring the sanction
committed.
 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla advised him to send a letter/ summon for query.

Since no objection, comment, or clarification on the above matters, be it approved by the

body.

The session was adjourned at exactly 12:15 in the afternoon by Hon. Ahmad P. Sadang ,
duly seconded by Hon. Solaiman D. Salik.
