EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 2nd REGULAR SESSION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF
PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON JANUARY 21, 2021 AT 8:00 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING
AT BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

Call to Order:
The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning. Invocation was
led by Hon. Abdila T. Diagao followed by the singing of National Anthem.
Roll Call:
During the roll, yours truly recognized the presence of everyone in attendance, thus a
quorum was declared.
Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:
There being no objection after reading the previous minutes of the session. Therefore,
the minutes of the previous session was approved and adopted.
Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt:
1. Memorandum from Mayors’ Office about Monitoring of s Gatherings in Respective
Jurisdictions.
2. Letter from Office of the City Mayor dated January 29, 2020, regarding arrangement
scheme of road clearing activities on the national road.
3. Letter from the Office of the Liga ng mga dated January 25, 2021 regarding BADAC.
4. Memorandum from DILG, Preparation for Possible Transmission of the new COVID-
19 in the country.
Business of the Day
1. PSA Survey
 The survey as mandated by PSA Office will be conducted by Dauden S.
Manalundong in our barangay up to March 31, 2021, aging from 5 mos. above.
 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla advised every District Kagawad to inform their
constituents to prepare their Birth Certificate for accurate documentation.
2. Visit of 2nd District Congressman, HON. RUDY S. CAOAGDAN
 A meeting was called upon by PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla conducted last January
11, 2021 (Monday) at 6:00 AM at his residence and attended by 2 nd District
Congressman, Hon. Rudy S. Caogdan
 2nd District Congressman, Hon. Rudy Caoagdan donated 5 sacks of rice, 5 kls.
Coffee for the on duty BPAT’s and BHW’s.
 He also donated a cabinet for the Health Center.
 He also would give death assistance for funeral.
3. Barangay Health Worker (BHW)
 Heria D. Abdullah was newly appointed as a Barangay Health Worker (BHW) as
what agreed by the Barangay Council.
 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla said, council will make a Resolution Appointing Heria D.
Abdullah as a newly appointed Barangay Health Worker (BHW).
 Ms. Kim B. Estrada, Brgy. Midwife said, Racma S. Abo and Nora D. Baclid need to
report at the Office of the City Mayor for confirmation before the Resolution for
Re- appointment will be made.
4. TESDA Scholarship
 It was agreed by the body the every kagawad can recommend Three (3)
applicants to the offered courses (Building Electrician and Driving).
 There were 25 applicants for every course as what advised by the TESDA.
5. Road Clearing
 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla advised the Barangay Councilors to conduct follow up
inspection to all the affected owner of the structure and tell them to follow of
what stated in the memorandum given by the concern agency.
6. Business Clearance/ Permit/ Cedula
 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla advised the Barangay Treasurer Bairamla B. Enok, to
conduct survey to the owner of the store and get their complete names for the
issuance of Business Permit/ Clearance. They also advised to issue cedula in our
area of responsibility.
7. Continuing Balance
 Ms. Baramla B. Enok, Brgy. Treasurer advised by the PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla to
follow up the continuing balance for the allocation of rescue vehicle.
Since no objection, comment, or clarification on the above matters, be it approved by the
body.
Adjournment:
Having no other agenda to be discussed, upon motion by Hon. Anwar U. Talib, duly
seconded by the body, the session was adjourned at around 12:30 in the afternoon.
