PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON JANUARY 2, 2020 AT BARANGAY SESSION.

Call to Order:
The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning with an invocation
led by Kgd. Abdila T. Diagao, followed by the singing of National Anthem.
Roll Call:
During the roll, yours truly recognized the presence of everyone in attendance, only one
member of the council was absent, thus a quorum was declared.
Punong Barangay, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla recognized the attendees and he was hoping that
CY 2020 would be fruitful, prosper and strong leadership. All member of the council had given
ample time to expressed their vision and needs to develop in the fields of leadership for the
past eighteen (18) months of service as they assumed as a public servant.
Kgd. Solaiman D. Salik, wanted to work as one team, he emphasized that unity is the
most important in order to achieve the goals. Kgd. Norhan K. Anggoto very thankful that there
was no killing happened towards drugs in our barangay despite of rampant killing in our country
due to anti-drugs operation campaign, he also wanted to helped each other in a right way. Kgd.
Haydeelyn D. Manalundong said, continue to serve, misunderstanding should be forgiven
because we are just a human being.
Kgd. Zoharto N. Dalping emphasized the good governance. According to Kgd. Anwar U.
Talib, if he committed mistakes to his colleage, just forgive him. Meanwhile, Kgd. Ahmad P.
Sadang gave respect to all the attendees. He said, if somebody committed mistakes talk directly
in order to solve it. He was also emphasized the role as a peace keeper/ leader was to protect
the rights and properties of the people. Kgd. Abdila T. Diagao gave respect to everyone. He said
let us work together.

Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

There being no objection among the members of the council after reading the previous
minutes of the meeting. Therefore, the minutes of the previous meeting was approved and
adopted.

Business of the Day:

1. Accomplishment for CY-2018
 Ongoing project Multi-purpose two (2) storey Barangay Hall Building.
 Farm to Market Road, 800 meters with 12 inches thick located at Purok 5.
 Barangay Council initiated nine (9) times assistance to the families mostly
affected by earthquake.
2. BPAT
 City paid Barangay Peace Action Team (BPAT) : Michael K. Patadon, Wadzer S.
Labing, Tong P. Dimampao, Karim T. Pangadil, Tahir K. Baclid, Gani Abdila,
Norsali K. Patadon, Johari K. Patadon, Tohamy I. Salem, Ibrahim M. Pigkaolan
and Sammy B. Tagitican.
 Barangay paid BPAT: Karatuan K. Musa, Ruben K. Bandala, Abdullah P.
Sinambong, Tony M. Pagagao, Garcia B. Manambuay, Abdulgani G. Mulod,
Maolen D. Patadon, Datumama P. Amigos, Nhords M. Abdullah and Abubakar
M. Khaliel.
 The member of the council welcome the new appointed Barangay Peace
Action Team (BPAT). Meanwhile, Kgd. Ahmad P. Sadang, Chairperson,
 Committee on Peace and Order suggested to work together and respect each
other.

3. Resolution for the following:

 Resolution Re-appointing the Barangay Workers.
 Resolution for Annual Investment Plan for CY-2020.

Adjournment:
Having no business agenda to be tackled, Kgd. Solaiman D. Salik motioned for the
adjournment of the session. It was seconded by Kgd. Anwar U. Talib. The session was adjourned
at around 11:55 in the morning.
