EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 2nd REGULAR SESSION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL
OF PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON JANUAY 20, 2022 AT 8:00 O’CLOCK IN THE
MORNING AT BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

Call to Order:
The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning. Invocation was
led by Hon. Norhan K. Anggoto followed by the singing of National Anthem.

Roll Call:
During the roll, yours truly recognized the presence of everyone in attendance, thus a
quorum was declared.

Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

There being no objection after reading the previous minutes of the session. Therefore,
the minutes of the previous session was approved and adopted.
Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt
1. Memorandum from DILG, Updating of Barangay Officials Profile
2. Information from DILG, Inventory of Vaccinated Population

Chairman’s time:
PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla acknowledged Datu Jason Sibug and gave the floor to him. Datu
Jason Sibug recapitulate what he had done last disaster (earthquake) we encounter. He was the
first person who rendered humanitarian services (drinking water) in our barangay.
He also told us his plan for the upcoming National and Local election.

Business of the Day

1. 2022 Budget
 January 12, submitted already in the concerned office/s.
 Estimated income for FY 2022 is more or less Php. 4,437,056.00
 Honorarium of Brgy. Officials and workers were increased;
 Barangay Chairman, it increased ₱1,846.00 from ₱11, 733.59- ₱13,580.03
 Barangay Councilors and Admin it increased ₱1,214.59, from ₱8,690.74- ₱9,905.00
 Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), it increased ₱250.00, from ₱1,050.00- ₱ 1,300.00
 Barangay Nutrition Scholar (BNS), it increased ₱116.00 from 1,284.00- ₱1,500.00
 BPATs, increased ₱200.00, from ₱600.00- ₱800.00, Lupon, increased ₱200.00, from
₱500.00-₱700.00
 Utility, it increased ₱500.00, from ₱1,000.00-₱1,500.00, BHRAO & BHAW, it
increased ₱50.00, from ₱1,050.00- ₱1,100.00, and Day Care Worker, increased
₱150.00, from ₱1,350.00- ₱1,500.00
 Also agreed the provision for honorarium of Purok Leaders amounting to P500.00
per month per purok leader
 Enclosed in Annual Investment Program (AIP); 50 meters Road Concreting at Purok
3, Foot Bridges at Purok 7 and 1., Uniforms of Senior Citizen 1% share from IRA.
 Emergency Response Team; to purchase motorcycle with cab.

2. Vaccination
 There were 299 vaccinated (1 st, 2nd Dose/ Booster) last January 19, 2022 held at
Barangay Patadon Covered Court.

3. Solar Dryer
 Located at Purok 6, only need is a Barangay Resolution donated by Hizon Kasan
that can be utilized by the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU).

4. Solar Light
 January 20, 2022, materials was distributed by the office (COTELCO) to the
recipients and installed.

Other Matters/Announcement:
 Since no objection, comment, or clarification on the above matters, be it approved by the
body.

Adjournment:
Having no other agenda to be discussed, upon motion by Hon. Solaiman D. Salik, duly
seconded by the body, the session was adjourned at around 12:50 in the afternoon.
