I. RATIONALE

child to use that success in a way that influences positive change in the world.” Special

The role of parents and teachers has an impact to mold the learners, physically,
emotionally, academically and spiritually. By building relationship with parents with their
children’s lives, teachers contribute to the creation of safe and healthy learning
environments for children. All partner shared responsibilities, power and decision
making, and mutual trust and respect.
This conference indicated that parents' main objective is to distinguish their child's
current strengths and weaknesses.

II. OBJECTIVES
 To promote the welfare of children and youth at home, school and community as
a place of worship.
 To raise the standard of home life
 To bring into closer relation the home and school, so that parents and teachers
can cooperate intelligently to enhance the education and well-being of the
learners.

V. SESSION PROPER

Part I.
Real Elementary School conducted the 3rd Quarter Parent-Teacher Conference for
Card Viewing, May 6, 2023. This program provided insightful and awareness about the
pupil’s academic performance, state of the school address and other matters which
addresses the information that needs to have known by the parents and status of the
learners. The program started at 8:00 in the morning where all the faculty members,
parents are participated.
The opening ceremony was hosted by Mrs. Nerissa Romero. Opening Prayer and
National Anthem through AVP, followed by the DepEd Quality Policy statement to be led
by Francis Nathaniel Resurreccion, Grade 2- Pythagoras.Intermission Number from
Pangkat Kawayan. Followed by Opening remarks to be led by Mrs. Rowena B. Cambel,
Our Principal.
Dr. Rowena B. Cambel, principal of Real Elementary School, give her state of the
school address, she greeted the parents wherein she congratulates parents and teachers
for assisting, guiding learners in their studies. She also, showed the Quarterly Updates on
Numeracy and Literacy skills from Kinder to Grade 6 pupils .It was had lessen compared
in the Second Quarter. After that, Intermission number from Grade 2-Phythagoras.
Followed by Grade Four. Then, Open Forum was given to Mr Daniel Torririt.
The closing remarks was given to Mr. Julius Miranda, GPTA President, He
gloatingly thankful for the unending support of GPTA members , Parents, Teacher and
especially to the Principal in Real Elementary School. Lastly, there were a Commitment
signing to strengthen partnership with the Parents. All parents have signed it.
 Part II- Card viewing
After the first part of the program, all parents proceed to their respective adviser of
their children for the viewing and signing of the report card.
