TRAINING MATERIALS
All attendees would receive one copy of the training material provided by Trainocate Indonesia. The
Copyright Law on intellectual properties such as software and courseware will have to be observed
by all participants.

TRAINING FACILITIES
All trainings will be conducted at Trainocate Network unless otherwise stated.
TRAINING HOURS
All classes will be from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. whilst lunch break will be one hour freely arranged
between trainer and students.

COURSE PRE-REQUISITES
To benefit fully from the course, it is the responsibility of the Individual/Company Participant to ensure
they meet the pre-requisites for the course enrolled. Trainocate Indonesia will not be held responsible
for difficulties encountered by the Individual/Company Participant who do not possess the pre-
requisite capabilities.

REGISTRATION & CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

• A complete registration form with PO/ GA and full payment must be made no later than 14 days
prior to course commencement is required for overseas registration.
• Once the above is received, Trainocate Network will provide an official order confirmation email at
least 7 days prior to course commencement.
• Please do not make any travel arrangements before the order confirmation is received.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT POLICIES

• Trainocate Network reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient
participants or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the
Individual/Company Participant will be notified through email, at least three (3) working days in
advance. For emergency cases, less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be given instead.
• Written notice of withdrawal 14 calendar days before course/program commencement is required
to be entitled to a full refund of course fee.
• Written notice of withdrawal to the Registrar less than 14 calendar days before course/program
commencement will incur a 50% penalty charge.
• Written notice of postponement/rescheduling to the Registrar needs to be made 14 days before
course commencement, so as to be eligible to join the next upcoming class. Subsequent change is
not allowed. 100% of the course fee will be charged.
• Cancellation and request for change of course date within 7 days’ notice will not be entertained.
100% of the course fee will be charged.
• “No Show” is not acceptable. 100% of the course fee will be charged.
• Substitute delegate(s) will be accepted.
• In the event that any term or condition is ambiguous in the opinion of the Company, the Registrar’s
interpretation prevails.

PAYMENT TERMS
• Full course fees (including exam fees if applicable) must be made no later than 14 days prior to
course commencement unless credit terms apply.
• To set up a credit facility, please kindly contact the Account Manager servicing you for application
assistance.
• Overseas enrolment must clear payment before course commencement.
• Payment does not include VAT, W/T or any other government charges (if any).
• All fees payable is subject to tax.

GENERAL AGREEMENT

Trainocate Network reserves the rights to revise the fees if any of the above services are refresh/retired
by the technology Principle resulting in significant cost increase in equipment/material for the new
replacement version.

Trainocate Network requests your organization to notify us of your agreement by returning a signed
copy of this general agreement and a Purchase Order.
