CERTIFICATION OF LAND OWNER

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I, Mr. PATRICIO PALER JR. of legal age, married, a bonafide resident of
Barangay Libertad, Kolambugan, Lanaodel Norte is a co-owner and a land
administrator located at Barangay Sto. Niño, Kolambugan, Lanaodel Norte.
I certify further that with legal consent, I allowed the STO. NIñO FISH
POND ASSOCIATION for their existing fish pond situated at Purok 1, Sto. Niño,
Kolambugan, Lanaodel Norte within the portion of land owned by Gimeno Family.
This certification is being issued upon the request of the said interested party
in connection with her application for SLP requirement and for whatever legal
purpose it may serve them best.
