Scheduling Activities

Therapist: Aapko kaisa mehsoos ho raha hai aaj?

Client: Thoda behtar, lekin phir bhi kuch khaas nahi.

Therapist: Acha, humein ye samajhna hoga ke aap din mein kya kya krte hai. Kya aap mujhe
bata sakte hain aapka aam din kis tarah guzarta hai?

Client: Subah uthkar bas ghar ka kaam, phir TV dekhte rehti ho bas.

Therapist: Theek hai, aapne notice kiya ke TV dekhna ya ghar ka kaam karne ke baad aapka
mood kaisa hota hai?

Client: Mood thoda down ho jata hai, bechaini hoti hai.

Therapist: ok. Isliye, mein aapko kuch activities suggest karunga jo aapke mood ko uplift kar
sakti hain. Kya aapne kabhi routine activities ko plan kiya hai?

Client: Nahi, kuch khaas nahi.

Therapist: Routine activities rakhna is condition ko handle karne mein madadgar sabit hoti hai.
Jaise subah ki walk. Subah halki walk karne se aapka mood bhtr ho jata hai, ye try kiya hai
kabhi?

Client: Nahi, lekin suna hai log karte hain.

Therapist: Walk karne se fresh hawa ka saans lena aur nature ko dekhna mood ko bahut achha
banata hai. Aap ne is ko karna hai , ye ek simple step hai towards feeling better.

Client: Theek hai, try karungi.

Therapist: Aur ek baat, agar aapko pasand hai toh ladies gym gym bhi join kar sakti hain.
Exercise karne se stress aur anxiety kam hoti hai, aur confidence bhi boost hota hai.

Client: Hmm, me paqhle kiya krti thi university k zamane me lekin ab kafi time ho gya hao chor
di hai lekin yeh bhi accha idea hai me ise try karo gi.

Therapist: Iske alawa, kya aapko koi creative activity pasand hai? Jaise painting ya sketching?

Client: Haan, mujhe sketching painting wagera to nai pasand lekin likhna pasand hai.pahle kabhi
likha krti thi lekin ab chod chukki ho…lekin kosish karo to dubara bhi likh sakti ho
Therapist: well ye to or bhi achi baat hai, likhne se aap k khayalat kaagaz pr muntaqil ho jate hai
or overthinking ki kafiyat kam ho jati hai jis se mind relax rahta hai… to aaj k session k
homework me creative writing krna or apne khayalat ko likhna bhi shamil ho ga

Client: Theek hai, shukriya doctor sahab. Mujhe lagta hai in activities se farq pare ga.

Therapist: Haan bilkul, in activities ko apne schedule mein shamil karein aur dekhein kaise
aapka mood improve hota hai. In sha Allah hum in activities k result next session me dekhe ge.

Therapist: mazeed subah ke ilawa, kya aapko kuch aur activities ki zaroorat mehsoos hoti hai jo
aapko khushi de sakein?

Client: Hmmm, mujhe lagta hai kuch waqt doston ke saath waqt guzarna bhi accha hoga.

Therapist: Bahut sahi socha hai aapne. Doston ke saath waqt guzarna bhi bohot zaroori hai. Unke
saath time spend karke aap apne mood ko boost kar sakte hain aur khushi mehsoos kar sakte
hain.

Client: Haan, Lekin kabhi kabar unse milne ka bhi mann nahi karta.

Therapist: Kabhi kabar aisi condition mein aise feelings aati hain. Lekin thoda thoda kr k ibtada
kare, is week me apne buht close aik do friends se milne jye un se batie kare un se dukh such
share kare…is week k liye itna kafi ho ga

Client: Theek hai, in sha Allah me karunga.

Therapist: Aur ek cheese, kya aapne kabhi meditation try kiya hai?

Client: Nahi, koshish toh ki hai par kuch samajh nahi aata.

Therapist: Meditation karne se aapka mind calm hota hai aur aap apne andar ki sakoon ko
explore kar sakte hain. Sirf kuch minute bhi kaafi ho ge. Is ki exersize me apko session k end pe
share karo ga

Client: g thek hai

Therapist: well, aahista aahista kadam badhate rahiye. Aur agar lage samajh nahi aaye ya fir koi
aur madad chahiye ho, toh mujhse contact karein.

Client: Shukriya doctor sahab, aapki madad se mujhe accha mehsoos ho raha hai.
