JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ZXC, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of ________, San Mateo,
Rizal, and VBN, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of ______________, Diliman,
Quezon City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state, that:

1. We personally know CAV, a former employee of the Quezon City Hall from
2006 to 2007, and a resident of ____________________, Quezon City;

2. The reason we personally know him is that we have been neighbors and friends
for almost twenty (20) years now, and he was also our co-worker in the Quezon
City Hall from 2006 to 2007;

3. By virtue of our close association with CAV, we can attest to the fact that he is
not currently employed in any agency or company since 2007;

4. In addition, we can attest to the fact the he does not own any business and that
he has no stable source of income since 2007;

5. We are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the abovementioned person.

That we are executing the foregoing Joint Affidavit in order to attest to the truth and
veracity of the foregoing facts and as a requirement for his filing of a small claims case
against WER.

Further affiants sayeth none.
