NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE 4TH DAY OF OUR SCHOOL- BASED
IN- SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS 2024

The 4th day of InSeT 2024 was held on January 29, 2024 at 7:30 AM at Aurora
National High School's Conference Hall. Mrs. Almazan skillfully set the tone for the day’s
proceedings. The day began with a heartfelt prayer led by Ms. April Louise Lopez,
followed by renditions of the National Anthem, MIMAROPA Hymn, Oriental Mindoro
March, Naujan Hymn, and Aurora Hymn, instilling a sense of patriotism and pride.

The atmosphere then shifted to an energetic tone with a Zumba dance as an


invigorating energizer. A thought-provoking 'Food for Thought' segment was shared,
coupled with a creatively engaging attendance check. Mrs. Dela Vega skillfully recapped
the previous day's discussions, reinforcing essential concepts and connecting them to
the overarching theme of the training.

Mr. Tupaz, the school head, delivered a motivating message, emphasizing the
importance of passion in our profession. He also introduced the esteemed guest speaker,
Mr. Hansel Geneta.

The presentation of Mr. Geneta was both enlightening and inspiring, offering
valuable insights into the field of education and motivating the teachers to excel in their
roles. His discussion resonated with the essence of loving our job, showing consideration
for our learners, and expressing love to our families and parents.

The afternoon session catered to the HOTS-PLPs Training participants, including


Ms. Groyon, Mrs. Huerto, Mrs. Balasbas, Mr. Caringal, and Ms. Gonito. They shared
insightful echoes of their learnings from the training. Subsequently, Mrs. Dalisay
recounted experiences from last year's National Learning Camp, offering valuable
perspectives and explaining implementing guidelines.

Dr. Carandang concluded the day as the final speaker, delving into National
Reading Program where she shared new reading intervention strategies. The collective
knowledge shared throughout the day contributes to the ongoing professional
development of our dedicated teaching community.

The 4th day of InSeT 2024 not only imparted valuable insights and strategies but
also fostered a sense of camaraderie among educators, reinforcing our commitment to
excellence in education. It was proved to be a well- rounded and enriching experience,
setting a positive trajectory for the last day’s remaining sessions. The carefully curated
elements of the day aimed to inspire, educate, and invigorate our teaching community,
ensuring that we return to our classrooms with renewed passion and purpose.
