Contents K31 Installation instructions

1. Remove Base Feet

2. Remove Top Cover panel

3. Remove bottom Cover Panel

4. Remove Wiring connection Terminals

5. Remove Amplifier Screws

Step1：Remove Base Feet K31 Installation instructions

Remove the 8 screws in the RED arrow mark place as figure above

Tools in need：1. Hexagon socket head screwdriver （T20）

2. Phillips screwdriver
Step2：Remove Top cover panel K31 Installation instructions

Remove the top cover panel as above。

1. Push the cover panel in same arrow direction as Figure1，

2. Users can open the cover after you push it forwarder for 10cm

Step3：Remove Bottom Cover Panel K31 Installation instructions

Remove the bottom panel as above photo indicates

Method：Erect up the chassis on its feet ,and then open the bottom panel。

 Step4: Remove Wiring connection Terminals K31 Installation instructions

Remove the 3 wiring connection terminals as above，and then use a electric soldering iron to
have out the yellow,black,blue wires melt off the PCB。
User shall remember(take photo/make mark) which points the colored wires connects to
before user replace the new amplifier. Because later user shall connect the colored wires in
the same order as being yellow/black/blue.
Tools in need：Electric soldering iron 。
Step5: Remove the amplifier screws K31 Installation instructions

Erect up the device on the opposite of its feet(keep fan outlets upside)
Remove the 8 screws of amplifier as marked.

Tools needed：Phillips screwdriver

Take the amplifier out of device as the above photo indicates

1. Socket Plug-in with cables of amplifier

2. Fixed up the amplifier

3. solder Tin wire soldering

4. install bottom cover panel

5. install top cover panel

6. install Base Feet and fix screws

Install the amplifier screws as the photo above：

1. Put the new amplifier into the corresponding position as Figure 1

2. Connect three terminal cable as Figure 2，Make sure the connection is firm
enough as Figure 2

Step2 : Fixed up the amplifier K31 Installation instructions

This step requires two men, one man erect up the device on its feet(fan outlets is
downside) or lay device flat in horizontal level, then move the amplifier slowly till they
are all aligned for those screw holes on the bottom plates(make observation by the
other man), then fix the screws tight 。

Tools needed：Phillips screwdriver

Step3: Solder Tin wire soldering K31 Installation instructions

Reminder: the corresponding points for black/yellow/blue

Tools needed：electric soldering iron

Step4: install bottom cover panel K31 Installation instructions

Slide the bottom cover panel of the chassis through the side slots on
both two sides to ensure the cover is in right place.

Step5: install top cover panel K31 Installation instructions

Slide the top cover panel of the chassis through the side slots on both two
sides to ensure the cover is in right place。

Tools needed：-----
 Step6 :install Base Feet and fix screws K31 Installation instructions

Align the feet with the screw holes, first install the small screws pointed by the
red arrow, and then install the big screws pointed by the blue color arrow.

Tools needed：1.Hexagon socket head screwdriver （T20）
