SUBJECT : Intensification of Intelligence Monitoring in Schools/Learning

Institutions in Relation to "OPLAN Balik Eskwela" School Year
(SY) 2024-2025

DATE July 5, 2024

1. Reference: Memorandum from AC, RID dated July 5, 2024 with reference
number RID(3)-240705-0014.

2. This pertains to the launching of Batik-Eskwela Program of DepEd for the

SY 2024-2025 which will commence on July 29, 2024 to April 15, 2025. During this
period, the PNP will ensure peace, order, and public safety partioularly during the
opening of school classes nationwide.

3. In this regard, intensfty intelligence coverage and monitoring in all

schoolsneaming institutions to prevent any occurrences of crime incidents towards
students, teachers and parents/guardians like physical injuries, pickpocketing,
snatching, and other forms of robbery and theft:

4. Further, conduct intelligence and seourity initiatives, as well as any other

appropriate police interventions within your AOR, to thwart and deter criminal elements
from perpetrating their illegal activities and submit timely intelligence report or any
relative/significant developments as they occur.
