SAFARI REGULATIONS
 Safari booking opens 120 days in advance and confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
 Full safari payment & ID copies are required to book the safaris. Ensure to carry the same photo ID cards in original as
same will be checked at the park gate.
 National parks are closed every Wednesday for afternoon safari & for full day on Diwali & Holi.
 Seating arrangement in the safari gypsy is as per names mentioned on the ticket & are non-transferable. Change in
safari booking is considered as safari cancellation if permit is issued. Full permit fee applies in case of date change.
 Safari once issued is non-transferable. Add-on facility is available on additional cost subject to seat availability in jeep
(option not available on safaris issued in first 07 days from start of booking date and also in last 30 days).
 Exclusive jeep safari may not include in-house naturalist and are subject to availability. If a naturalist is required on definite
basis, it has to be pre-booked at a supplement of Rs.1500/- per safari.
 We do not guarantee safaris in specific zones; same will be booked as per availability at the time of booking.
 Safaris may also be cancelled due to sudden rainfall or any other natural calamities in which case refund of safaris will be
as per park regulations.
CHILD / EXTRA PERSON POLICY
 1 child below 5 years is complimentary. Other will be charged @ 25% of the double room cost.
 Children between 5-12 years sharing the room are charged @ 25% of the double room cost.
 Children above 12 years / adults sharing the room are charged @ 40% of the double room cost.
PAYMENT POLICY
 To confirm your stay, 50% of total booking amount is required at the time of booking & balance 45 days prior to arrival date.
 If your booking is within 45 days from arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(Applicable only when cancellation is sent by email)
 7 days and less- 100% cancellation.
 8 days to 21 days- 60% cancellation.
 21 days to 35 days- 30% cancellation.
 35 days and above- 20% cancellation.
 Amendment in dates within 35 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
 Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
 Christmas / New Year and long weekend bookings are non-refundable. See the dates listed above.
 In case of force-majeure, we will review our terms & conditions and retention policies.

SAFETY MEASURES AT THE LODGE

We are committed to guests’ as well as team’s safety and are following the recommendations and guidelines as mandated by
World Health Organization (WHO) and Health Ministry of Government of India. Please read more about the various steps

will strictly be adhered to including daily temperature check and wearing a mask in public areas.

FREE RESCHEDULING DUE TO COVID-19 SITUATION

 Due to unfavourable travel conditions, if you are unable to travel as planned, we recommend rescheduling instead of cancelling.
We are flexible with our reschedule policy and there will be no charges for any rescheduling from our end till 7 days prior to
arrival. Only forest permit charges will be applicable in case safari permits are issued.
 This option is restricted to bookings affected by force-de-majeure and for any other reasons of cancellation, regular cancellation
policy applies.
 Option is available for bookings that are fully paid.

IMPORTANT NOTES
 Check in time is 1330 hours and check out time is 1100 hours. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability.
 Minimum 2-night stay applicable for all bookings. Mandatory 3-night stay over New Year Eve and check-out not
permissible on 31st Dec. Mandatory New Year Supplement is Rs.3000/- per person.
 We do not have driver's accommodation at the lodge. If needed, the lodge team would help to arrange it outside.
 Maids can be accommodated in guests’ room at an additional cost of INR 3000 per night including meals and taxes.
 Spa & Pool operations are subject to directives from local authorities
 Please note that we are remotely located. In case of phone lines / internet services breakdowns, credit card facility may not
be available. 100% advance is requested prior to arrival and suggest keeping cash for settling payment for extras, if any.
 Do update your company GST number in advance if you need the same to be mentioned on the invoice to avail tax benefit.
