-A business letter must be formatted for clarity and ease of understanding. You need
to use a professional font. You need to use a handwritten and write your full name
and title below the signature. Handwritten signatures help establish a formal
business letter and help you to make a good relationship with people or groups in the
business. Also, you need to put your complete information for them to recognize the
business letter is made from the legitimacy of ownership

2. The Parts of a Business Letter


- Many organizations have their own style for writing a business letter. The list of
parts of making a Business letter is The heading which contains the return address
with the date on the last line. Recipient’s Address This is the address you are
sending your letter to make it as complete as possible so it gets to its destination.
The salutation or greeting in a business letter is always formal it often begins with
“Dear (Person’s Name). The body is where you need to use a single space and
justify each paragraph. The Complimentary Close is a short and polite remark that
ends your letter. The Signature Line if you are printing this letter out and sending it
by mail, you will sign your name in pen. Lastly, Enclosures such as a resume, you
can indicate this by typing “Enclosures” one line below the listing. You also may
include the name of each document.
